- Support Client Services on the preparation and consolidation of client reports for timely dissemination.
- Gather input from the respective internal teams and pull data from relevant systems to prepare the monthly and quarterly reports.
- Provide support for sales activities, including preparation / update of presentation decks and working with internal stakeholders to get the necessary approvals / sign-offs.
- Provide administration support for organizing of institutional client events.
- Provide administration support to Client Services for client onboarding / AML / KYC.
- Provide ad hoc support to Client Group as and when required.
- Relevant experience with an asset manager or financial institution.
- Able to work independently and well within a team.
- Possess positive attitude to learn and deliver high-quality work.
- Meticulous with attention to details.
- Organized, disciplined and responsible.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Office - Word (mainly), Powerpoint, Excel.

The Role
This is a 1-year contract position to provide support to the Client Group (Institutional Business), primarily in client reporting, but will also encompass sales support and other business needs as required.
