    Description

    Working Location: Marsiling, Singapore

    Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am – 6pm.

    Contract Period: 6 months (Renewable)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute acquisition supply base strategy within the Hardware Commodity Category.
    • Ensure the success of relationships between the company and suppliers.
    • Act as a key liaison between the company and its suppliers, managing strategic vendors and partners.
    • Drive strategy through Supply Chain transfers and consolidation of Commodity spend in Asia where applicable.
    • Serve as the single point of contact for issues under commodities in charge, establishing ownership and accountability for resolution.
    • Stay knowledgeable about the industry, suppliers' businesses, and the overall supply market.
    • Drive improvements in supplier quality with Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE).
    • Select vendors based on technical and business considerations through Vendor Selection Processes.
    • Own the overall Commodity spend and secure savings in line with annual objectives.

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management required.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing.
    • Experience or familiarity with procurement software like SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
