Business Unit: RP Logistics & Operations
Take care of daily shipping operations of voyagecharter and timecharter vessels within/to & fro APAC
Liaise with Shipowners, Shipbrokers, Ship agents, terminals, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Trading, Commercial Operations, Payment team and other stakeholders
Issue Voyage Order to the vessels and instructions regarding cargo transportation
Advise internal stakeholders on vessels' information (itinerary/capacity/load readiness etc)
Liaise with ship agent on port/terminal information and costs
Follow up with Headowners on time charter agreements, hire payment, taking delivery and redelivery of vessels
Follow up on the performance of TC vessels and internal reporting
Input voyage details into IMOS
Review and handle voyage costs and all vessel related invoices (freight, port costs, bunkers etc) and claims
Handle other adhoc tasks assigned by the Management

Keys to success in this role
The best combination of experiences, skills and background is

Relevant university degree (e.g. maritime, logistics, commercial) and/or several years of experience in a corresponding position in the petroleum or shipping or logistics industries.
Good understanding/knowledge of the petroleum industry
Knowledge of shipping and oil product logistics
Knowledge of renewable fuels and raw material supply a plus
Experience of commercial tanker operations
Experience of cargo handling and cargo characteristics of tanker trade
The ability to work and make decisions independently
Handson attitude
Stressresistant personality and good problemsolving skills
Strong team player and excellent communication skills and cooperation attitude
Ability to interact and work in an international environment (different cultures, values and time zones)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages a plus
