Job description:

  • Strategise and plan to drive sales and meet sales targets.
  • Manage and monitor performance and progress of the sales team.
  • Monitor, manage and track pipeline opportunities.
  • Manage corporate level and partner sales opportunities.
  • Establish new partnerships, building rapport and managing sales processes with partners (ie. catering platforms, event venues etc.)
  • Oversee and improve sales processes.
  • Report progress to management team.
  • Liaise with logistics and kitchen teams on delivery and product discussions for business development ideas and process improvements.
  • Liaise with marketing to identify opportunities to drive sales.

Requirements:


  • Hold a diploma or degree in business management, hospitality or equivalent.
  • Have 35 years of relevant sales management experience.
  • Sales and results oriented.
  • People oriented.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the F&B industry preferred.
