Job description

Provide daily and strategic engineering oversight to the Operations team in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and systems.
To ensure the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are managed by a team of technical officers and technicians efficiently.
Responsible for the daily AC thermal comfort is within acceptable limits.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot challenging problems.
Implement efficiency improvement on the operational process, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation.
Preparing reports and documentation.
Creating maintenance plans and schedules.
Project management, Coordinating contractors for installation and maintenance projects.
Plan, schedule and supervise Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities, priorities and reallocate resource when required, on ACMV equipment system under the responsibilities of Facilities organization.
Researching systems and equipment and presenting this information to key stakeholders and decisionmakers.
Evaluating the efficiency of systems and equipment within a facility.
Lead and participate in equipment and system abnormalities root cause analysis, attend review meeting, and provide update, then execute corrective and preventive action for continual improvement, this includes installation and modification work on existing or new mechanical equipment and system.
