    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Descrpition:

    • Identify training and development needs with line manager
    • Development of OJT training aligned with technical skills framework
    • Administer learning management system to create learning structure to ensure training compliance for technical skills framework
    • Identify and source for courses or external course depending on the terminal needs and challenges
    • Liaise with external training vendor and coordinate the review and creation of learning content required for framework developed
    • Review polices and processes to ensure alignment with current market practices and organizational needs
    • Plan, identify and form a pool of in-house trainers and credible training and/or service providers
    • Assist in the development and implementation of Talent Management framework and programmes
    • Perform other HR ad-hoc duties

    Requirement:

    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Fluent in Mandarin/ English reading and writing.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices.
    • Preferably with a Food Manufacturing experience.
    • Possess initiative and high problem-solving skills.
    • Good planning, writing and communication skills.
    • Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
