- Identify training and development needs with line manager
- Development of OJT training aligned with technical skills framework
- Administer learning management system to create learning structure to ensure training compliance for technical skills framework
- Identify and source for courses or external course depending on the terminal needs and challenges
- Liaise with external training vendor and coordinate the review and creation of learning content required for framework developed
- Review polices and processes to ensure alignment with current market practices and organizational needs
- Plan, identify and form a pool of in-house trainers and credible training and/or service providers
- Assist in the development and implementation of Talent Management framework and programmes
- Perform other HR ad-hoc duties
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in Mandarin/ English reading and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices.
- Preferably with a Food Manufacturing experience.
- Possess initiative and high problem-solving skills.
- Good planning, writing and communication skills.
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
