Description
Warehouse Manager
- Own the Warehouse vision from space to planning to implementation and processes
- Implement training program for all new staff
- Allocate work with the support of the Warehouse Supervisor
- Train, mentor and manage team in a cordial, respectful manner
- Work with computers and webbased ERP systems to ensure zero discrepancies between physical records and online records
- Manage inbound and outbound of stock
- Management of warehouse team responsibilities, roster and HR related issues
- Regular stocktake and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensuring 100% accuracy in all orders leaving the warehouse
- Work with the retail team on delivery schedule needs and labelling requirements
- Enforce warehouse safety and cleanliness
Job Requirements
- 7+ years work experience in a warehouse
- Minimum 'N' or 'O' Level / ITE graduates
- Wellorganized individual with good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties, staffs and Suppliers.
- Able to work independently and under fast paced environment.
