Responsibilities:

Collaborate and define the vision and roadmap for the product together with front office, products, compliance and other relevant stakeholders.
Drive the endtoend planning and delivery of the product roadmap together with technology and other stakeholders.
Engage internal and external stakeholders to define the product vision, business requirements, prioritisation, and roadmap. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements for private banking and wealth management.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and highquality delivery of product features.
Manage the product backlog, prioritise features and user stories and ensure alignment with business objective and other dependent squads.
Lead and drive user council / advisory forums, setting up constant user feedback loop to identify the correct product development and alignment to product vision & roadmap.
Prepare user training material and conduct/support user training.
Document and maintain rule dictionary.

Qualifications

Bachelors/master's degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience. Experience in wealth management industry is a plus.
Industry experience in Drools is a plus.
Collaborative, logical and enjoys problem solving.
Detail oriented, analytical, organized and able to cope well under time constraints.
Solid knowledge and understanding of Private Banking business.
Well versed in investment products and order process flows.
Business risk domain knowledge and mindset.
Logical thinking and strong intellectual curiosity and desire to improve how things are done.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiar with Agile SCRUM methodology.
Strong IT knowledge / interest is preferred.
Ability to demonstrate core values of integrity, forwardlooking, responsibility and respect.
