- Process customer orders and inquiries daily via email, fax, or phone call.
- Conduct thorough follow-up with business units regarding fixed or ad-hoc billing, including monthly report generation and invoice posting.
- Coordinate and communicate sales order status to customers and sales teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
- Prepare shipping documents for both Singapore and export shipments.
- Assist in investigations of internal and external complaints to identify root causes and propose solutions.
- Ensure validity of hazardous substance licenses from customers and compliance with NEA and SPF regulations.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
- Minimum 'N' / 'O' Levels / Nitec / 'A' Levels / Diploma / Degree
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment setting
