Responsibilities:
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong Cloud Ops technical knowledge in Google Cloud Platform & Azure
- Able to design / build / maintain core cloud based resources
- Strong knowledge in Linux / Windows / Kubernetes operating environments
- Scripting (added advantage with knowledge in Powershell / Terraform / Ansible / Python)
- Microsoft O365 administration
- Akamai CDN / WAF
- Citrix VPN
- IT vulnerability assessment, remediation and audits
- Confluent Kafka (Connector managed and unmanaged, Topics, IAM management)
- SMTP / DNS services
Google Cloud Platform (mandatory)
- Virtual Machines (Windows / Linux)
- Google Kubernetes Engine (mandatory)
- VPC / Shared VPCs (including Firewalls / Private Service Networks / Load Balancers / Network routing / Interconnect / etc...)
- Identity Access Management
- Storage (Blob / Containers)
- Bigquery (added advantage with knowledge in Bigquery / Datasets / Views)
- Redis
- Monitoring / Alerts
- Backup (Native)
- Patch Management (Native)
- Log Analytics (Native)
- Disaster Recovery (Native)
Microsoft Azure (mandatory)
- Virtual Machines (Windows / Linux)
- App Service
- Virtual Networks (including Firewalls / Load Balancers / Network routing / VPN / vWAN, etc...)
- Managed SQL (MSSQL)
- Storage
- Redis
- Identity Access Management
- Monitoring / Alerts
- Backup (Native)
- Patch Management (Native)

- Some knowledge in management of on premise hardware (Break fix for IBM / HP servers / EMC storage / Tape Libraries / etc...)

- Able to work independently and cohesively with both the immediate team and other members across the organization (including 3rd parties)
- Show initiative, responsibility and accountability to the tasks under ownership
- Possess initiative, be selfmotivated, and a willingness to learn
