My name is Loo Yi, Head of Human Resources in AGrader Learning Centre.

We are looking for Part-time Customer Service Officers to work together with us in a great & positive working environment at our tuition centre in the West area at
Jurong Green Community Centre.

Being able to deal directly with kids, who are the most innocent & bubbly humans in society (who're not looking to deal you any harm when you're not looking)
Seated most, if not ALL the time (who likes standing?)
FULLY airconditioned environment that is CLEAN and NOT dusty and NOT hot (actually sometimes it might be too cold, so bring a jacket)...
You will be working with mostly pen, paper & laptops, learning the INs and OUTs of customer service & operations management, improving the experiences of our clients, and "levelling up" in your personal experience in dealing with people.
Lastly, we will pay you a GOOD salary because we all need money to survive, don't we? We are NOT lowballing employers who try to "cut" you by giving you a low salary and telling you to "you learn first, we see how next time"... but the next time never comes

We are looking for suitable Part-time Customer Service Officers to work on:

Thursday 2:30pm to 9:30pm
Saturday 9:45am to 7:30pm
Sunday 9:45am to 5:30pm

(Must be able to commit for mínimally 1 year, at least 2 days a week)
