Job Summary
We seek a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Strategist. You will play a key role in developing and implementing business strategies while fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Client Collaboration and Account Management

  • Serve as our clients' primary point of contact, building and maintaining solid relationships.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, providing strategic guidance and insights.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of digital strategies.
Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators to inform strategy development and optimization.
Digital Strategy Development

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies integrating social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and other relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with clients to align strategies with their overall business objectives and KPIs.
Content Planning and Creation

  • Work with creative teams to develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with digital strategies.
  • Ensure content is optimized for various digital channels and resonates with the target audience.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Implement analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and recommending optimizations.
Account Growth

  • Identify opportunities for account growth to provide additional services.
  • Work with the Founder to develop proposals for additional projects based on client needs.
Collaboration and Learning

  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and implement creative digital solutions. Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for digital marketing and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Foundational understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Previous experience in account management or clientfacing roles is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with digital marketing tools are a plus.
