Job Description:

To assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, instore promotions (POSMs) and new product launches to achieve business targets (sales, profitability and market share). To continuously review and analyze category/brand performance and track competitors' activities, recommending action plans to close gaps. Responsible for tracking the A&P spend and measuring the results of key campaigns for continuous improvement. To manage crossfunctional teams (logistics / trade marketing / sales / procurement etc.) to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
5 years' brand management or marketing experience in FMCG industry
Ability to think strategically, commercially, be proactive and take the initiative
Ability to work in fast faced, high pressured working environment
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Good Brand Knowledge: Understand product, users, motivations, and barriers
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholdersCompensation:
