- Key member responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process.
- Analyse, improve the process and systems within the supply chain, in a way that fosters collaboration, communication and continuous improvement to optimize the entire supply chain process.
- Design, implement, and/or improve operational processes to integrate automation processes / technology into the operations.
- Engage and partner with key stakeholders and operators on automation projects to ensure successful implementations by understanding stakeholders' requirements and vendor capabilities.
- Review automation project progress and vendor performance to ensure automation strategy is well implemented.
- Drives innovation from ideation to realization for process improvements, including definition and deployment of automation/technology roadmaps, budget of project, and developing implementation plans.
- To provide industry insights related to automation trends, challenges & market opportunity, identifying how the company's products/services may bring value to existing or potential external customers.
- Coach and lead direct report to support and develop automation solutions/projects, provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance.
- Prior knowledge and 8 years of hands-on experience related to warehousing solutions and/or automation design and implementation, industrial engineering and/or supply chain operations management in e-commerce and/or consulting environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Operations Management/Industrial Engineering/ Automation or any other related profession.
- Possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain.
- Experience in product management with the ability to integrate technical solutions into an operational environment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical mindset and skills, with the ability to convert analysis into business insights for decision making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
