    As part of our growth and expansion plan into the region, we are currently looking for Senior Consultant to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving and high energy environment where constant change & transformation is key.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    As a senior recruitment consultant, you're likely adept at navigating the intricate world of talent acquisition. Your role involves more than just finding candidates; it encompasses understanding client needs, market trends, and effectively matching candidates with the right positions. Whether you specialize in executive search, technical recruitment, or any other field, your expertise lies in building relationships, sourcing top talent, and providing invaluable guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
    • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, certifications, and qualifications to assess candidate suitability.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the sector, understanding their recruitment needs and organizational culture.
    • Collaborate with clients to develop job specifications and recruitment strategies tailored to their requirements.
    • Present qualified candidates to clients, facilitate interviews, and provide valuable feedback throughout the selection process.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry news, market trends, and emerging technologies
    • Analyze market data and industry insights to provide strategic guidance to clients and candidates.

    Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant industry regulations and legal requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, client interactions, and recruitment activities.

    Negotiation and Offer Management:

    • Facilitate salary negotiations and benefits discussions between clients and candidates.
    • Coordinate the offer and acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.

    Candidate and Client Development:

    • Provide career guidance to candidates, helping them navigate the job market and make informed career decisions.
    • Offer consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies, market insights, and industry benchmarks.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Human Resources, Business, etc.).
    • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of similar roles, trends, and industry-specific qualifications.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Adept at using various sourcing tools and techniques.
    • Understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations.
