HR Assistant - Singapore - NEO GARDEN CATERING PTE. LTD.
Description
We are looking for a dynamic and passionateHR Assistant to be part of the Group HR Team. You will be supporting the Payroll function on Group Level.
Responsibilities
- Monthly processing and checking of payroll/reimbursement and preparing payroll reports.
- Process Government Funding such as CCL/PL, NS, all other statutory claims and submission of CPF, Income tax, IR21 etc.
- Handle all staff enquires pertaining to payroll related matters.
- Preparation of employees' requests for documents and letters and processing offboarding of resignees.
- Attend to Auditor's enquires pertaining to payroll related areas of work. Any adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 12 years of related working experience.
- Meticulous, organized and highly dependable.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
