We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client as a Finance Executive.

Responsibilities:

Collection

Monitoring of incoming funds in bank accounts
Follow up on unidentified funds

Payment processing

Payment of policy benefits
Payment to staff & vendors & ensure that payments are per Company's MPP & guidelines
Create chart of accounts
Prepare bank details for updating

Month End

Prepare month end journal entries for closing of account
Bank reconciliations
Audit schedules
Fixed Assets

Others

Monitoring of cashflow
Liaise with banks for change in signatories, addition/termination of users
User Acceptance Testing
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
