    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Working Days: Monday-Friday, 10 am-6.00 pm

    Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

    Responsibilities:

    Handling consultant's tasks, such as filing and generating reports

    Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

    Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

    Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

    Documenting expenses and handing in reports

    Assisting in the design and send birthday cards / festive season greeting cards

    Other miscellaneous duties may be required

    Requirements:

    Good personality with strong interpersonal skills.

    Effective communication skills, to liaise with different countries' clients.

    Meticulous and independent, responsible self-starters

    Good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

    Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
