**Our client is a SGX listed Company, one of the most established pioneers in the Healthcare industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting Customer Service Executive to be part of their Customer Service team. They are located in the North - easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities of Customer Service Executive:

  • Answer incoming calls and enquires on payment, complaints and feedback
  • Provide excellence customer service
  • Deal with presales and post sales matters
  • Responsible for walkin customer and act as point of contact

Requirements:


  • Min O' Level
  • Good communication skill
  • Prior call centre/ telemarketing experience
