Description

Responsibilities

To increase brand awareness and governance in Singapore and other key markets ensuring consistencies in application of brand identity with regular monitoring and audit in the field.
Lead and execute digital-related marketing and communication plans
Develop, implement, and evaluate thematic, tactical and digital marketing campaigns, both for lubes independently and jointly with fuels/non-fuels business.
Creation of content in social media and community management for FB pages in both local and overseas markets, identify target audience and propose content strategy.
Monitor competitive landscape and social media channels for industry trends updates.
Manage existing external partnerships in areas of branding, joint-promotions and customer acquisitions. Negotiate and secure new external business partnerships to extend SPC's reach to new customer bases (e.g. motoring apps, motoring-related industries).
Develop CRM programs to drive and attract new potential customers. Execute digital marketing strategies and plans on major e-commerce platforms e.g. Lazada, Shopee, etc.
Plan, coordinate and manage events or trade shows. Develop on-site signages and collaterals.
Manage and work closely with advertising agencies, media owners and printers.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing
Mature individual with at least 5 years of marketing and digital marketing experience, fuel retailing and lubricants industry experience will be an advantage.
Demonstrated past experience in successfully executing a social program growing followers organically and increasing engagements.
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Strong presentation and communication skills including strong copywriting and editing skills.
Strong analytical skills and competent in digital capabilities/technology
Proficient in MS Office Applications and SAP
