- Formulate, design and develop software solutions based on business requirements and application roadmap in alignment with architectural direction and standards. Ensure that designs are performant, scalable, resilient and align to appropriate recoverability pattern.
- Responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring, direction, and training to application development resources. Responsible for ensuring adherence of all deliverables to appropriate standards and quality levels
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value, organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members.
- Work with Product Owner in managing user requirement for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
- Strong leadership skills, ability to influence decisions and actions at all levels of the Bank. Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team
- Participate in gathering technical requirements including non-functional requirements per project, system or application. Prepare technical design options; consult with hardware and software technicians on options and strategies
- Provide insight and oversight of the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
- Provides solutioning to complex deals and complete the delivery of API integration related consulting engagements with high quality.
- Understand ERP Adapter, and provide ERP Adapter solution to corporate clients.
- Responsible for customer onboarding with DBS API system, manage clients' expectation, completed client's UAT and live in production.
- Responsible for conducting research, refinement and improvement of methodology and solutions, provide high-quality IT consulting and implementation services for internal teams and clients, and has the capability to manage and govern two or above large consulting and implementation projects simultaneously.
- A very strong understanding of the dimensions and complexities of delivering full stack, cutting edge technology solution
- 10+ years of hands on experience in enterprise architecture / solution architecture
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related subject
- Have experience on banking domain, strong cash / trade product knowledge.
- Able to work with a dynamic team to build architecture and solution for digital channels systems and payment processing application
- Added advantage to have hands-on experience in developing applications, Jboss, MariaDB, Connect Direct, MQ, micro-service architecture and system authentication. Having focus on quality - modularization, optimization.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize/manage multiple task
- Willing to listen to multiple stakeholders to bring a common solution (win-win) which meet best quality and delivery timeline
