- Support the team in the implementation and communication of the compensation philosophy, policies and programmes across company
- Support the team in the preparation of materials required for contracting and onboarding of new vendor.
- Support the team in the implementation of compensation and global mobility modules via new core hr system
- Support Share Plan Administration for ESOS and DSP
- Support the team in other compensation/global mobility initiatives and projects as and when required

- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Up to $5,500 (depending on experience)
- Experienced compensation & benefits professional with a bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits operations
- Proven track record to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge and experience in vendor management will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to details with good project management skills.
- Meticulous, analytical and numerate. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Team-player with good communication skills and the ability to engage and partner with vendors and multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive in initiating and recommending changes in order to improve existing processes.
