    Roles & Responsibilities

    The position of Community Care Associate is situated in our Silver Lifestyle Clubs at Tampines or Yishun

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Personal and Psychosocial Care

    • Providing support to seniors in basic activities of daily living, including help with personal hygiene and transfers
    • Identifying care needs of seniors such as dietary requirements and other aspects related to elders' well-being

    2. Nursing Support

    • Monitoring health status like vital signs, glucose levels, and oxygen saturation, and escalating to Center Supervisors/Nurse Manager when necessary
    • Assisting in administering medication and applying prescribed topical medication as directed by Supervisor/Manager

    3. Senior Engagement

    • Planning and leading activities tailored for seniors based on their preferences and interests
    • Observing seniors' participation and providing feedback on their responses and progress

    4. Administration and Operations

    • Ensuring environmental safety and hygiene of the center, including cleaning, disinfection, and hazard identification
    • Performing basic documentation of seniors' engagement in various activities

    Job Requirements:

    • Demonstrated willingness and patience in serving elderly clients
    • Prior experience in caregiving settings like Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or with individual patients is advantageous
    • Candidates without relevant experience but eager for a career change will be considered
    • Training will be provided
    • Singaporeans or PRs living in Singapore only
