Job Description for Management Trainee or
Registered Representative:

To be crossed-trained across all departments for IT, operations, finance and sales and marketing. Basic job functionalities and description for cross-training will be add on through your training phase across all departments.
To acquire CMFAS 1A/2A and 6A certifications to qualify as registered representatives of the company
To understand basic risk management and operational risk requirements of the company
To follow up on sales and marketing leads upon official appointment as registered representatives of the company
To understand market conditions and mechanics and have basic industry knowledge pertaining to our industry
To understand DCFX PRIME's product and services and our product strengths and weaknesses relative to the industry
To be trained across all our proprietary systems including trading platforms, internal CRM systems and processes as according to our SOP
To help prepare presentations and answer clients' enquiries after been Registered representatives' appointment
To help coordinate workflows between all other departments and help resolve issues across all departments

Skill Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 3 years 'experience in the OTC derivatives/leveraged eFX industry
Minimum Polytechnic or bachelor's degree and above
Preferably Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance related.
CMFAS 1A or 2A and 6A qualifications (Preferably)
Professionalism, Integrity and upholding of corporate governance
Keen interest in risk capital, dealing operations, eFX trade operations, balancing of risk book and hedging, sales and marketing and IT.
Experienced in startup environment and team building

Dealer
