Role Description:

Sales manager plans directs and coordinates sales operations in an organisation, analyses data builds sales plans and sets sales targets and goals, leads the development of sales strategies expands sales channels and network, also managing client relationships by managing sales related customer service.

Specific Responsibilities:

Trainee will learn how to reach out to new and current customers and be able to provide customers with guidance and creative solutions to solve customers needs as they arise.

Trainee would be able to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans.

Trainee will also know about sales technique, and be able to develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.

Trainee will work with Director to learn and understudy how to do sales forecasting and budgeting, planning ahead for the next month.

Trainee will understudy and learn about the projects and bundles, also learning how to plan and when to when to launch suitable promotions.

Trainee will work with director to learn and research on different trends in accordance to market demand and come up with sales improvement strategies.

Trainee will learn from Director to manage invoice and different types of payment and ensuring that sales amount tally to the projects.

Competencies:
To learn about sales & marketing and to provide great customer service

Gain experience in planning and implementing sales strategies to improve sales revenue for the company

To learn about sales forecasting and budgeting

To learn about all the sales items and promotion for the week/month

To learn about market demand on products to improve sales
