This role will have the dual responsibility of managing the Digital Life Partnership P&L as well as providing strategy-to-execution expertise through delivery of program and project management.

This role will directly report into Chubb Life Head of Partnerships with matrix reporting into Chubb Head of Digital APAC.


Partnership channels and regions covered by this role:
All channels with execution focus on Digital initiatives across Chubb Life's APAC and Latin American markets.


Responsibilities:

Digital strategy execution and P&L management
This role is responsible for translating the Global digital strategy into concrete plans with cross-functional teams to execute.
Support local Country Presidents with digital strategy, new business development (as required), funding, resourcing, planning and execution
Support with new business opportunities for Digital on pitch, presentation and workshop meetings across the region
Ensure digital product positioning (working with Digital Products Lead, Chubb Life) and applicability to ensure long-term success for top line success
Manage Life Digital P&L on behalf of APAC Digital. This includes managing and maintaining all budget requests through the required Governance process on behalf of APAC Digital

Overseeing Program management
Working with Global and country stakeholders, to define roadmap, business requirements and functional specifications for data analytics, leads generation and activity management processes and platforms, as assigned
The role may involve delivery of other initiatives aligned with the Chubb Life business strategy and directions to support business growth, as assigned
Work closely with the Digital Account Project Manager (most likely offshore) to ensure delivery of specified digital initiatives within time, cost and quality targets
Collaboratively develop and actively oversee project plans in line with project management standards to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
Provide input into business case initiatives and ensure that all associated costs, risks and plans are incorporated
Provide program and workstream updates and status reports to stakeholders and program Steering Committee on a regular basis
Ensure decisions are escalated to the appropriate level and the outcomes are properly communicated to all stakeholders

Work Experience

At least 10-years plus experience in financial services, digital/channel development roles
Strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate degree in a related discipline, or an MBA
Track record of creating and executing revenue generating digital programs
Experience in driving innovation, leveraging emerging platforms
Highly analytical with deep understanding of a P&L
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with a track record of working cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment
Global / International experience (especially APAC) preferred
