You will be joined by hundreds of skilled experts, collaborating over the entire lifecycle of a project – from idea, concept and design to operation and maintenance within our portfolio of tunnels & underground structures, bridges, complex structures, ground engineering and reclamation projects.

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with a broad range of high-level technical experience, you will work closely with the team to design various structure especially underground MRT stations and tunnels.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

Designing a variety of geotechnical designs for ERSS, geotechnical and civil engineering projects, liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
Detailed geotechnical design and analysis.
Ensuring that design, assessments and checking of designs are in accordance with the current Standards, Codes of Practice and Best Practice.
Review/checking/approval of designs, assessments and calculations in accordance with quality procedures.
Preparation of risk assessments and full compliance with DfS.
Coordination of work undertaken by external sub-contractors and design checkers and Client management.

Furthermore, you shall have:

Have experience of working in a design environment in Singapore
Have experience in designing of underground MRT station
Sound understanding of DfS Regulations, specifically the designer's requirements and the risk assessment process
Ability to manage own time
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to manage small projects
Ability to interface with other disciplines
