Operations Manager - Singapore - JOHN ETHANS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.
Description
Our client is a progressive Internet of Things (IoT) SaaS software company. We are sourcing on behalf of our client for an Operations Manager, based in Singapore.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the deployment of services by taking ownership of the planning and logistics activities
- Align, track, plan and organise all activities and allocation of resources to meet deliverables from postsales and project objectives, within allocated budget
- Oversee the installation of devices, provide after sales support, stock management and rectification management.
- Establish, and continue to improve the device ordering procedure, device inventory management, device calibration and configuration, and replacement and RMA procedures
- Responsible for looking after L1 and L2 support and processes
- Working with external vendors for L3 support and processes
- Consolidate and analyze data usage reports, provide management with updates or insights on the usage trends
- Responsible for providing strong leadership for all matters relating to operations support ITIL/ISO processes/guidelines etc to achieve service excellence
- Ensure compliance to both internal and external SLA
Requirements:
- Technical certification/Diploma/Degree in relevant field
- Previous operations management experience
- Knowledge of IT Systems, IoT Devices Management advantageous
- Able to conduct data analysis, inventory control, and budget planning
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
