As a Business Analyst, you will partner with professionals within our Compliance and Technology departments to develop innovative products while ensuring Point72 adheres to the highest standards for ethical conduct and professionalism.

What you'll do

Partner with Compliance professionals to collect business requirements and write software specifications
Conduct deepdive investigations into alerts raised by Compliance technology systems
Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that solutions meet business requirements
Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for changes
Document existing technical systems used by Compliance
Provide training and support to endusers of Compliance technology systems

What's Required

3+ years of experience as a business analyst, compliance officer, or technologist in a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank
Proficiency with SQL
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Experience with trade surveillance or short sale marking is
a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with project management
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Commitment to the highest ethical standards
