With the mission to build up a growing platform for global developers, Pangle started to serve the world in 2019.

Pangle, together with the ads platform of TikTok, forms the whole overseas advertising ecosystem. We have already launched in Japan, South Korea and other regions.

As a global leading advertising platform, Pangle connects advertisers with top tier mobile app publishers, enabling strong campaign performance for advertisers, and efficient ad monetization for apps.

Pangle is seeking a PM leader to manage the overall product strategy.

In this role, you will face the challenges of working with cross functional teams all over the world and contribute to the growth and expansion.

This is a full-time role located in Singapore.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the end-to-end process from design to launch, build products to promote advertising performance optimization and increase revenue from internal and external sources
  • Lead the team for the overall planning of the advertising system, propose corresponding solutions through deep understanding of the advertising market, product strategy and data analysis of different business scenarios
  • Pay attention to user privacy and ensure the compliant use of advertising signals by upstream and downstream advertising teams
  • Close collaboration with customers, sales, product marketing, engineers etc for product continuous iterations
  • Build a team with passion and energy

Qualifications:


  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics etc.
2. 5+ years of product management experience and 2+ years of leadership experience at fast-growing companies.

  • Experience in defining vision, strategy, roadmap and taking one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch.
  • Understanding of Ads ecosystem preferably in one of the areas such as Signals, Identity, Targeting, Attribution, Measurement or Optimization.
  • Comfortable working with highly technical teams and driving impact with diverse global teams.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
