- Assist the Staff Nurse in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, guide, and support staff members in caring for residents, drawing from training received under Industry Skill Certificate, Institute of Technical Education, or equivalent approved courses.
- Assign roles to team members for each shift, ensuring efficient distribution of responsibilities.
- Ensure the adherence to schedules regarding residents' needs and actively engage residents in a variety of activities.Demonstrate the ability to identify abnormalities, including monitoring behaviors of concern, and promptly escalate them to the designated staff.
- Maintain the standards of care as per the policies and procedures of the Organization.
- Valid practising license as an Enrolled Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- National Institute of Technical Education (ITE): Certificate in Nursing or its equivalent.
- Dynamic and good team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
