    Roles & Responsibilities

    Wanted to try out IT as your career, why not try out the entry level; IT helpdesk; Applocation technician where you get to experience 1st hand on IT be it network, server, security, EUD configuration, application.

    We are looking for a IT Helpdesk Technician:

    Location: Toa Payoh

    Gross Salary: S$2,400

    Job Description

    • IT helpdesk first level support with basic IT skills
    • Basic experiences with IT troubleshooting
    • Log incident and Service Request tickets and assigned to respective party
    • Follow through ticket incidents till case closure
    • Able to execute instructions from Lv2 engineers
    • Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
    • Good communication skills and detail in work
    • Incident Ticket reportings
    • Good Customer Service

    Job Requirement

    • Qualification: Min Nitec or higher
    • Experience: Nil related experience
    • Salary: S$2,400
    • Candidate must possess Basic computer and MS office knowledge required.
    • Able to work well in a team
    • Positive attitude in learning and following instructions
    • Punctual
