Job Description:


  • Execute field technical support to commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and/or systems assigned.
  • Develop relevant technical checklists and work instructions.
  • Be the technical liaison between suppliers and team members if so assigned.
  • Provide technical and engineering assistance to sales staff.
  • May be assigned to secure or maintain contracted service sales in the area of provision of preventive and corrective maintenance contract with customers.
  • Interface with relevant stakeholders to facilitate service requests fulfilment.
Job Requirement

  • Minimally a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic
  • At least 2 years handson working experience in field service support or equivalent technical experience. Those with lesser experience can work as Assistant Engineer to start with.
  • Good technical and analytical trouble shooting skills in equipment and systems.
  • Independent, selfsufficient and customer oriented individual
  • Requires to commute within Singapore from site to site to execute duties
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Basic knowledge in IT networking or electrical engineering
