- Maintain and update vessel certificates in our database systems.
- Prepare necessary supplies for vessels based on Superintendent requests.
- Facilitate travel arrangements for Superintendents, including visas and applications.
- Process invoices and manage administrative tasks.
- Assist with vessel-related applications (Class NK audits, WSMC, etc.).
- Conduct communication checks and maintain records of phone tests and safety equipment checks.
- Manage updates for reports and documents related to vessel safety and quality.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the SOQAD team.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to learn and follow established procedures.
- A passion for accuracy and detail-oriented approach.
- A background in the maritime industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
