Description

Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Digital Marketer to drive the growth strategy for institutional banking in Singapore and other key markets worldwide.


As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with the bank's overall business objectives, drive customer acquisition, and support business expansion.


The role is open for Singaporeans & PRs only

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow the bank's institutional business in Singapore and other global markets, while also supporting the overall growth of the bank.
  • Lead the development of the marketing strategy, including endtoend marketing plans, digital marketing strategies, content management, and events strategy, ensuring they are effectively executed.
  • Conduct indepth research and analysis to understand client segments and behaviours and translate these insights into meaningful marketing strategies that drive commercial growth.
  • Manage vendor relationships and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize results and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously adapt strategies and approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on marketing performance, and use data to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and vendor management, with experience in budget management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to drive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent command of English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A selfstarter with a positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, global environment.
