- Serve as staff overseeing volunteer recruitment and training.
- Prepare documents and perform administrative tasks to support divisional and other SINDA-wide events.
- Develop and conduct Outreach Programmes and support event management
- Work with internal and external stakeholders
- Support Volunteer Management Programmes.
- Prepare progress reports and conduct volunteer assessments.
- Adherence to SOPs, Financial and Procurement guidelines
- Participate in Divisional and SINDA-wide events when required
- To perform other adhoc duties assigned
- A Degree in any discipline.
- Min 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience managing volunteers.
- Experience in designing and conducting training would be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for presentations
- Conduct data analysis using Excel/Power BI would be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels.
- Resourceful, able to work independently and in a team with volunteers & community leaders
