    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Scope:

    • a. EASE (Direct Application)

    i. Conduct audits at critical stages of Managing Agent (MA)/contractor's works

    ii. Engage seniors/caregivers during works

    iii. Conduct checks on MA/contractor for compliance with Method statement, SOP and use of approved materials from approved suppliers

    iv. Conduct checks on completed works on site tally with the items and quantity indicated in the Completion Form and claims submitted by the MA via HDB System

    • b. Sprucing Work for HDB Flats

    i. Conduct audits at critical stages of Sprucing Work for HDB Flats

    ii. Conduct checks on contractor for compliance with Method statement, SOP and use of approved materials from approved suppliers

    iii. Conduct checks to ensure that scope of works constructed and materials used were in accordance with contractual provisions, and amendments were covered by approved Requests for Variation Orders (RVOs) and supported with proper documentation

    • c. New precincts/BTO projects

    i. Conduct regular site checks for illegal dumping activities at common areas (e.g. void deck, turf area, staircase, common corridor, etc), and signs of misuse of lifts during the first 3 to 6 months upon completion of new blocks. Inspection may be required after office hours during both weekdays and weekend (including public holidays), if the need arises

    • d. PSI

    Arrange inspections with:

    i. tenants to check, arrange for repair and monitor till repair is completed

    ii. flat owners to check, arrange for repair under Goodwill repair assistance Scheme and monitor till repair is completed

    • e. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

    Requirements:

    • Team player
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be willing to work outside office in various locations on a regular basis.
    • Strong ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Ability to handle potentially confrontational situations with professionalism and tact.
    • Detail-oriented for both site work and paperwork.
    • Proficient in record-keeping and reporting, minimally using MS Excel and Word.
    • Previous experience in estate / facilities management, customer service or enforcement is a plus.

    Salary: $16 per hour + transport allowance $50 per month

    Location: Central zone includes Toa Payoh, Bishan, Bukit Merah, sims drive, Queenstown & Clementi

    Working Arrangement:

    Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm

    Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
