Admin Executive - Singapore - Surbana Jurong Private Limited
Description
Responsibilities- Check site supervisors' attendance sheets.
- Prepare and submit monthly and overtime claims.
- Prepare billing schedule and send draft to client for approval.
- Prepare upload files for drawdown and overtime claims.
- To submit Project Setup/ Project Maintenance/ Raise PR.
- Check vendor invoices and submit to Finance for payments.
- Liaise with client and site supervisors on claim issues.
- Collate site supervisors data.
- To register site supervisors for Jurong Island Pass for project in Jurong Island.
- To Register site supervisors for CAG ASIB Safety course before start work.
- Perform other administrative works for the department.
Requirements:
- with at least secondary school education or Secretarial / Information Technology's Certificate, and at least 5 years' of relevant working experience
