  • Education: at least secondary
  • Experience: at least 1 year as a sales officer in the pharmaceutical and retail market
  • Able to work full time
  • Languages: English, Mandarin (preferable but not mandatory)
  • Understanding of the major players and groupings in the pharmaceutical sector and retailers.
  • Experience dealing with key pharmacy chains and supermarkets in the region
  • Preferably a detailed understanding of the healthcare system
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Participation in sales development strategy in the potential country of sales
  • Building potential clients and fostering business relationships with current ones (pharmaceutical distributors, pharmacy chains, and retail)
  • Reaching supply agreements in compliance with the company's trade policy with new clients in the entrusted territory (Singapore, with plans to expand into other Southeast Asian markets in the future)
  • Promotion of the company's product on the market, increasing sales volume.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the quantitative distribution plan.
  • Ensuring the implementation of sales plans.
  • Adherence to the necessary corporate standards
  • Taking part in the planning and execution of different advertising campaigns, including the company's new job openings and promotions
  • Participation in the development and launch of new projects, promotion of new projects.
  • Maintaining an uptodate customer base, making timely changes.
  • Setting tasks for sales representatives. Monitoring their implementation.
  • Maintaining primary documentation, reporting.
  • Analyzing and keeping track of one's own work as well as competitors' advancements within the area
