    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • To work with a team to
    • Manage the company's social media channels, including Meta, X, Instagram, Tik Tok, and online portals like Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Redmart, Amazon and all other platforms.
    • Coordiinate the upload of new products to the e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and complelling product description.
    • Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales for all e-Commerce paltforms
    • Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts which enlighten audiences and promote brand focused messages
    • Create dynamic written graphic and video content, and update website content, products, images, promotions and banners for promotions as well as to ensure the website is kept up to date.
    • Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content
    • Manage social media communications
    • Use timeline and schedule content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction, while analysis, managing and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.
    • Updating the online portals and website when necessary, and ensure stocks on all portals are up to date.
    • Manage digital marketing tactics: including SEO, SEM, social media advertisiing, email marketing, etc
    • Manage reporting of sales and projected forecasts. Evaluate trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strtegic decisions
    • Assist to process online orders as and when required
    • Any other general and ad hoc duties administrative/office work

    JOB REQUIREMENT:

    • Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills
    • Have at least a Diploma in Marketing/Digital Marketing/E-commerce or equivalent
    • At least 1 year experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
    • Able to work independently and to adhere to deadlines
    • Proficient in Google Analytics and marketplaces
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop Express, Adobe Illustrator
    • Five day work week:
    • Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm

    Full time position

    Salary: $2, $3,500 per month dependingon experience
