Admin Executive - Singapore - IHI ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD.
Description
The Admin Executive is responsible for overall office Administrative Support tasks including but not limited to the following:Overall office administrative support:
a. Arrange delivery/courier services, collection and distribute the letters;
b. Handle matters relating to office tenancy, renovation and relocation;
c. Arrange office maintenance and other necessary services in the office including but not limited to a cleaner, printer, landline;
d. Liaise with a telecommunications company for the purchase, renewal or termination of a company mobile phone.
e. Maintain office supplies stocks and prevent wastage;
f. Attending to guests at the reception and incoming phone calls;
h. Liaise with hotels, airlines and travel agency for corporate rate agreement renewal and other ad-hoc duties;
i. Support all logistic matters for company events such as RHQ meetings, Yearly Workplan seminars, etc.;
j. Handle all expatriate housing matters such as relocation, renewal of contract, and repatriation etc.;
k. Document control including but not limited to company policies, contract documents, compliance related documents, documents obtained through internal audit.
- Support HR team to handle administrative tasks such as expatriate housing management, company event logistics support etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
