Description

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the F&B industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Town - easily accessible.

The Responsibles of Customer Service Officer includes:

Responsible for greeting visitors and lead them to appropriate conference room
Assist to serve / arrange stewardess to serve refreshment to visitors accordingly.
Ensure meeting room set up standards/conditions, floral arrangements, and report facility faults
Provide support in catering, event requests, stewardesses management, block bookings and reconfiguration etc
Provide support in overseeing events or VIP meetings at the executive conference centre
Handle feedback from guests or staff on facilities and services
Handling meeting room bookings

Requirements:
