About the Role

As a Legal Recruiter at Projective Staffing, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various legal positions — from sourcing and interviewing to coordinating with clients and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You'll work closely with our account managers and client partners to deliver qualified candidates for U.S.-based law firms and corporate legal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal positions (attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, intake specialists, etc.).
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Conduct pre-screening and behavioral interviews in English and Spanish.
• Evaluate candidates' experience, communication skills, and legal knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in the company's ATS.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and job requirements.
• Prepare detailed candidate summaries and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in the legal industry or professional services.
• Strong understanding of legal roles and terminology (e.g., litigation, personal injury, intake, case management).
• Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken (C1+).
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and working with U.S.-based clients.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
