Job Title: Manager/ Senior Manager - IT Systems

We are currently seeking a skilled Manager/ Senior Manager to support a National level IT system within our Technology Strategy Policy Office (TSPO). As part of the team, you will play a key role in the planning and policy development for crucial national IT systems, focusing on system governance, data governance, and policy measures to enhance adoption rates. You will operate in a dynamic environment, requiring efficient management of multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth development and operationalisation of relevant systems/platforms in alignment with policy goals
• Contribute to Digital Health Master Plan development and execution, as well as sector digitalisation plans

Requirements:

• Prior experience in policy development, IT project implementation, or project roll-outs
• Strong understanding of digital health trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Outstanding analytical skills to synthesize perspectives and formulate proposals
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders across the healthcare sector and public service
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results
