Description


The Performance Management & Analytics Leaders will own the supply chain performance management process and governance model for the Asia Pacific End-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain team.

This individual is responsible to implement, monitor and measure performance of Regional E2E Supply Chain.


This role will recommend to the AKOLT on the actions, policies or procedures necessary to advance supply chain performance in alignment with business objectives and delivery of Global requirements.


This role will also be responsible for providing data analytics and insights to enable AKOLT in defining strategies and actions to lift supply chain performance, achieve or exceed targets and drive greater strategic alignment of priorities & initiatives.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Owns the execution of APAC supply chain performance management process and governance including reporting of supply chain metrics.
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive performance management strategy across all nodes of supply chain aligned with the business strategy, goals, and objectives.
  • Collect and analyze causal drivers of performance gaps across supply chain metrics.
  • Drive the development and execution of action plans to address performance challenges including the monitoring on effectiveness of action plans.
  • Oversee and manages all activities related to the performance management and manages all communication in and out APAC supply chain team (i.e. with AKLT and Global Operations LT).
  • Benchmark regionally and globally on the best practices to address any performance improvement opportunities and deploys best practices to drive performance improvement or bridge any performance gaps.
  • Leads the target setting of supply chain performance metrics using data & analytics and in partnership with F&A, Cluster, Franchise and Supply chain functions.
  • Work with various stakeholders to promote high performance and feedback culture.
  • Drive escalation and resolution of supply chain performance problems that is causing conflict between crossfunctional teams to the E2E Supply Chain leader.
  • Drive implementation & deployment of advanced analytical tools and process improvement process from global GVC team

Qualifications:


  • 10+ years end to end supply chain experience or multiple supply chain function exposure. Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization is critical for success
  • Experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) or regulated industry preferred.
  • Core Supply Chain Competencies specially in Plan and Deliver functions, Financial acumen for managing P&L, Leadership Skills

  • Strategic thinking ability: always seeking areas for improvement to create growth, improve financial performance and gain global and competitive advantage
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to build, motivate and retain effective teams
