Responsibilities
Perform the full spectrum of HR generalist role relating to the entire employee life cycle; including talent acquisition, onboarding / offboarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, HR Information Systems (HRIS), associate relations, HR reports and analytics.
- Assist in putting all Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOPs) into standard template for Singapore.
- Maintain HR records and documents in HR Sharepoint.
- Prepare quarterly, monthly and adhoc HR reports, which include Headcount, Attrition, etc.
- Maintain HR reports in HR folder.
- Analyze HR data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare and coordinate with Finance-Payroll on the monthly payroll administration process.
- Manage the LinkedIn job slots allocation / tracker for Asia Pacific region.
- Assist in compensation and benefits surveys and analysis exercises.
- Assist in preparation of job offer salary proposal for assigned departments.
- Manage and conduct new hire orientation for all new hires.
- Assists in the Associate Engagement Survey process and administration and m anage the Exit Interview Process.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources or relevant business field with Human Resources experience
- At least 2 to 4 years of HR generalist experience
- Experience working in the Hospitality industry an advantage
