Description

To fulfill this role, the individual will need to:

  • Perform business development activities and expand new/existing client base.
  • Generate interest to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities through alternate channels or business ideas to generate more sales with the team.
  • Proper qualifications of opportunities and manage engagements either individually or as a team.
  • Be responsible for managing all inbound sales leads and requirements for consulting services.
  • Ability to advise clients on their technical requirements which translates it into business outcome for the business.
  • Work with internal teams to develop proposals, conduct client presentations and oversee the smooth execution of bid and initial planning of engagements.
  • Maintain positive client rapport and relationship.
  • Work alongside with the Client Success Managers/ Project Managers to ensure postsales planning and handover are in order.
  • Ability to work under pressure and timeline to meet client requirements. Prioritization will be essential for this role.
  • Kept abreast on the industry and competitors' trend to develop a unique value proposition of our service offerings.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Cyber/ Business or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 1 2 years Cyber Security/ IT related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
