THE ROLE
About the Role Through this role, you'll be able to gain an understanding of:

Travel Retail Industry
Beauty Industry
Commercial
Supporting functions (Marketing/Demand Planning/Finance)
Ecommerce within Travel Retail
Business reporting
Reporting systems (Sales reports/TRIP/The HUB)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will be responsible for:
Business Management Report

Preparation of monthly management report
Updating of monthly retail sales report

Cross functional support within Greater China/North Asia region

E Commerce: To assist in the coordination of packshot/writeup submission.
Supply Chain: To monitor OOS situation for key skus and assist in forecast update.
Marketing: To consolidate findings from Retail Specialist
Trade Marketing: To be actively involved in planning, organizing and executing trade marketing activities within the market

Administrative Support

To provide basic administrative support ie packing and preparation of fedex shipment to retailers

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

ESSENTIAL:

Able to commit for
at least 6 months (Jul 2023 to Dec 2023) for a fulltime internship.**:
Proficient in the use of MS Office tools
primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
Possesses crosscultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
Articulate, with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
