About the role
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Partner closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure requisition's needs and goals are fulfilled.
- Compliant to company policies and data protection guidelines.
Qualifications and competencies:
- Education: Possess a recognized diploma or bachelor's degree; professional HR certifications would be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' background in a resourcing or researcher role including experience in target market mapping, database searching, headhunting and networking
- Effective communicator with good written and verbal skills.
- Propensity to build strong relationships with people.
- Drive for developing your career in an entrepreneurial environment and interest in technology sector
- Possess an engaging and tenacious disposition with a high level of integrity.
- Possess a proactive and positive mindset.
