- Experience in MYOB and ERP accounting systems will be an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for All Accounts Payables (AP) for vendors/suppliers and Subcon activities
- To perform matching and coding for All AP invoices for vendors/suppliers and Subcon and input into the accounting system
- To check all invoice pricing
- Processing of payment for all modes of payment for Suppliers and Subcon
- Processing of payment for staff claims
- To perform bank clearing for all payments, vendor & Subcon reconciliation
- Prompt updating of all payments (including GIRO payments) in the bank book
- Responsible for journal entries for AP function
- To maintain proper filing systems for all accounts & admin related documents
- General Administrative tasks & support
- Other adhoc Accounts & Admin duties assigned by superior
WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Thursday 9am to 6:30pm
- Friday 9am to 6pm
